This contribution raises the total scholarship fund to $500,000, reaching the required amount for the scholarship to begin awarding financial support. The WIN Endowed Scholarship is designed to help the next generation of women pursuing CFP® certification by providing financial aid to qualified female students and professionals.
As a Founding Sponsor of the CFP Board Center for Financial Planning, Schwab Advisor Services and the Charles Schwab Foundation have been key partners since 2015, supporting CFP Board’s efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive financial planning workforce.
Recipients of the WIN Endowed Scholarship can receive up to $5,000 to complete undergraduate or certificate-level CFP Board Registered Programs. Once they finish the necessary coursework, they will be eligible to take the CFP® exam and pursue certification.
